基本情况
谢红云，副教授，硕士生导师。博士毕业于中国科学院半导体研究所，主要研究方向包括半导体高速光电器件及光电集成芯片，半导体射频器件及射频集成电路等，作为负责人主持国家自然科学基金2项（面上+青年），北京市自然科学基金3项（面上），北京市教委科研项目1项，企事业单位技术开发项目10余项，发表学术论文50余篇，其中SCI论文20余篇，国际学术会议邀请或口头报告10余次，授权国家发明专利12项。ASC Photonics，IEEE EDL, IEEE TED, IEEE MWTL，CPB，浙江大学学报等国际学术期刊和国际学术会议审稿人；国家自然科学基金项目等科研项目评审人。曾受国家留学基金委资助作为访问学者赴美国奥本大学（Auburn University）访问学习。
