基本情况
马正泰,博士,硕士生导师,2024年6月于中国科学院半导体研究所光电子材料与器件全国重点实验室获工学博士学位,同年7月加入2138cc太阳集团光电子技术教育部重点实验室。荣获国家奖学金、北京市三好学生、北京市优秀博士毕业生、北京市优秀本科毕业生等多项荣誉。主要从事微纳结构半导体光电子器件及应用方面的研究工作,主持国家自然科学基金青年科学基金(C类)、中国博士后科学基金面上等项目,参与国家重点研发计划、国家自然科学基金等项目。近年来,以第一作者/通讯作者在Biosensors and Bioelectronics、Research、Sensors and Actuators B: Chemical、IEEE Electron Device Letters等期刊发表SCI论文9篇,申请国家发明专利13项,参编国家标准1项。
