基本情况

2138CC太阳集团,校聘教授,博士生导师,入选2138cc太阳集团高层次人才引进计划。

2022年博士毕业于中国科学院化学研究所,主要从事新型光电器件的设计制备与性能研究。针对有机、硅基和钙钛矿等光伏器件,深入开展电极界面功能材料设计与表面修饰工程研究。致力于采用人工智能前沿技术解决光电领域的复杂科学问题。主要研究方向如下:

(1)新型光伏电池中载流子收集与传输特性研究;

(2)大面积及柔性光伏电池的结构设计与制备技术研究;

(3)新型光电器件的集成化设计与应用功能化研究;

(4)基于深度学习的光伏材料筛选与器件工艺优化研究。

迄今,已在国际一流学术刊物发表SCI论文40余篇,包括Nature,Cell子刊JouleAdv. Mater.Adv. Energy Mater.Adv. Funct. Mater.Adv. Mater. Technol.JACS AuJ. Mater. Chem. AChem. Mater.J. Energy. Chem.ACS Appl. Mater. Inter.CCS. Chemistry等;被选为期刊封面论文1篇;申请中国发明专利2项。2022年入选北京市科学技术协会青年托举人才、2138cc太阳集团高层次优秀人才。参与/主持国家重点研发、国家自然科学基金、中国博士后面上项目等。本课题组同学连年获得优秀毕业生、国家奖学金等荣誉。

研究兴趣:光伏电池、光电材料、人工智能、深度学习、印刷制造

招收具有材料、计算机、印刷、物理、光学背景的硕士和博士研究生。

招收计算机专业调剂生。

课题组正大力推进数据驱动的光电科学研究。现面向计算机及相关专业招收硕博研究生,要求申请者熟练掌握深度学习、跨模态学习、强化学习或计算机视觉等前沿核心算法,并具备良好的代码实现能力。
