方超，副教授，研究生导师，博士生导师。北京邮电大学与加拿大Carleton University联合培养博士，加拿大Carleton University博士后，日本Kyoto University和Muroran Institute of Technology、澳大利亚Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organization和University of Technology Sydney、英国Queen Mary University of London、香港Hong Kong Polytechnic University等国际学术机构访问学者。
